The 2002 collection from renowned long hair maestro Patrick Cameron – Visioniare celebrates the art of dressing long hair fused with the art of couture in an unbridled form of artistic passion.
The shapes are uncompromising and the textures exuberant. From the beautifully sleek and sophisticated intricate blonde coils interwoven with darker hair to the deep luscious waves and curls of the stunning profile shot, Patrick has fused textures creating hair that is dramatic and challenging yet at the same time sexy and fun.
The starting point and inspiration behind Visionaire 2002 is the voluptuous shapes of Dior’s "New Look". Instead of looking back Patrick and his designer Marco Erbi have looked to the future. Their interpretation is cutting edge couture with the inimitable Patrick Cameron sense of fun.
Using a combination of classic long hair techniques along with contemporary styling Patrick, twists, braids and teases hair into a collection of stunning shapes showing once again just how versatile long hair can be resulting in a balance of contrasts that can only be described as visionary.
In addition to the beautiful and serene coiled look on his blonde model, Patrick has also created two additional stunning and individual looks.
Combining straight hair with gentle waves Patrick has created an asymmetric shape. A strong contrast to the soft waves, the second look is pure fantasy. Using padding, Patrick has created a series of looped hair building up the shape just behind the ears - avant garde long hair at its finest. Patrick has rewritten the language of dressing hair breaking the mould of convention, creating a truly unique way to make beautiful hairstyles accessible to all – quite simply; luxury and elegance fused with fantasy and fun.
